Vacansier is a job search platform that aggregates publicly available job listings from company websites and other sources. We provide listings for informational purposes and link to original sources when available.
Vacansier does not provide immigration advice, visa services, relocation services, legal consultation, or employment guarantees. We are not a migration agency, law firm, or employment intermediary.
Listings may expire or be removed on source websites. We do not create, verify, or endorse job postings and are not responsible for accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of external content.
3. User Accounts
To access some features, you may need an account. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and all activity under your account. You must notify us about unauthorized access immediately.
4. Premium Subscription
Vacansier offers optional Premium access at a one-time fee of €29.99. Premium may include advanced filters, sorting options, and additional relevance signals.
Access to premium features is granted immediately after payment. Due to immediate digital access, statutory withdrawal rights do not apply under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Sales are final and non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity
- To upload or distribute harmful or offensive content
- To attempt system access abuse, reverse engineering, or disruption
- To scrape or copy data for resale or commercial redistribution
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and materials on Vacansier belong to their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
